What we do

Help with the everyday things

Small worries, seasonal jabs, a quick number check, a cream that actually suits your skin. Most of it takes ten minutes and a chat.

Ask a pharmacist

Walk in any time we're open. If it's private, we'll take you to the quiet room. If we think you need a doctor, we'll tell you straight.

Vaccinations and flu jabs

Your visit

How a jab or a check works

  1. Pick a time with the form below or call us. Flu jabs also run as walk-ins on weekday mornings.

  2. In the quiet room we ask a few questions and you ask yours. It takes about five minutes.

  3. Sleeve up, a few seconds, done. A blood pressure check is three readings, a minute apart.

  4. We tell you what's normal afterwards and what isn't. If you'd like, we'll text you next season.

Questions

Things people ask us

Can't see yours? Call 01632 960 418 or ask for a callback below.

Do I need an appointment to talk to a pharmacist?

No. Come in whenever we're open. If you'd rather we called you, use the callback form and pick a time that suits you.

Is the flu jab free for me?

It may be, depending on your age and health. Book anyway and we'll check with you before the appointment. If it isn't free, it's £16.

What can you deliver?

Anything from the shop floor: vitamins, skincare, baby care, first aid and toiletries. Check your postcode above. Prescription items are arranged with the pharmacist in person.

Can I bring my own jar for a refill?

Yes, as long as it's clean and has a lid. We weigh it empty first, then fill it.

Is there somewhere private to talk?

Yes. The quiet room is behind the counter, with a door that closes. Just ask, there's no need to explain why.

What should I write in the forms?

Your name, a phone number and what you'd like to book or ask about. Please leave out medical details; we'll go through them with you in person.
